Scrapbooking Amenities: Each cropper will be seated at their own table measuring
18-inches deep x 6-feet long. The space
under the table is yours to use as well; however, aisles may NOT be blocked at
any time. The crop room has
complimentary Wi-Fi. Other information:

Open
drinks are not allowed in the crop space
·
No
alcoholic beverages are allowed in the crop space
·
Only
registered croppers are allowed in the crop space
·
Croppers
can use Poole’s Peeps equipment, tools and inks with reasonable care and
caution
·
Poole’s
Peeps will bring a Cricut for shared use; simply bring your own 12” mat. NOTE—the
Cricut is a convenient tool for croppers to use on their own; no one is
stationed to teach/run the Cricut for you.
·
ALL
Croppers must be packed up and have all of their crop items out of the room no
later than 4 pm on Sunday, no exceptions! You know how long it takes you to
pack up so please plan accordingly…thanks!

INCLUDED MEALS: Included in your package is dessert sampler on Friday night,

instructions during welcome announcements.
The hotel also has a Starbucks kiosk, a lounge (drinks and light fare)
and a full restaurant on-site. (OVER)

OTHER CROP INFORMATION:

There
may be make and takes and/or Specialty Classes offered at the event. They will vary in price and have optional
participation. These can be added to the
cropper’s Crop Tab.

Crop
Tabs may be established. Items from the
Crop Store, any product orders and make-and-take. orders may be placed on the
crop tab. Crop Tabs must be paid in full
at check-out from the crop.

Poole (aka Poole’s Peeps) reserves the right to add/clarify these policies
should the need arise.

Who wants to book
an extra night at the hotel? For an additional $120/room (that’s $60 pp/double, $40
pp/triple and $30 pp/quad) you can check in Thursday 3/2/17 after 3 pm and have extra time to relax and
explore OCMD!
